I have done two cooking courses with Anjali. I am totally surprised and thrilled, with her I cooked some Indian dishes that tasted almost as good as in India. No restaurant in Europe can do that!

Our cooking class with Anjali was so much fun! First we talked in detail about all the spices, were allowed to taste and guess them and got a lot of information about how they work. Cooking was also a lot of fun, but then especially the delicious food! ❤ and the best part was that we even got to take several servings home with us 🙂 Thank you Anjali!

India - The country of spices I had a pleasure to take part in "Kochdichindisch" Indian Cooking Course in July 2019. Since I love Indian food, I always wanted to try to prepare it once by myself. However, I was not sure, which spices I need to take. But sometimes the first prod is needed in order to know how accordingly to start. This Indian cooking course made my fears shrink. It was so much fun and delicious! Anjali was not only showing, how to cook, with her guidance I literally felt part of Indian traditions, and shared passion for food. Thank you, dear Anjali.
